By accessing or using TradzBrain ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TradzBrain is an automated trading software tool that connects to your brokerage account via API to execute trades on your behalf based on algorithmic signals. TradzBrain is a software tool only — it is not a registered investment advisor, broker-dealer, or financial institution.

3. Risk Disclaimer

⚠ IMPORTANT RISK WARNING: Trading stocks, options, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for all investors. Past performance of the TradzBrain algorithm does not guarantee future results. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Only trade with money you can afford to lose. TradzBrain makes no guarantees of profit.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for: (a) all trading decisions and outcomes in your brokerage account; (b) ensuring you understand the risks of automated trading; (c) maintaining sufficient funds in your account; (d) complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. No Financial Advice

Nothing on TradzBrain constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. All trading signals, analysis, and AI recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only. Consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.

6. Subscription and Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided for partial months. TradzBrain reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

TradzBrain and its operators shall not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from service outages, API failures, or technical issues.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in market manipulation, fraud, or abusive behavior.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
